Shipping Policy

At Last Pan, we offer free shipping on all orders. Below you'll find everything about processing times, delivery, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment. This includes order verification, quality control, packaging and handover to our delivery partners. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

During busy periods (such as Black Friday, holidays or promotional campaigns) processing times may be slightly longer.

All delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier volume, public holidays, weather conditions or unforeseen logistical circumstances.

Delivery Partners Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Shipping Costs All orders ship free of charge, with no minimum order value.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not deliver to PO boxes or addresses that are inaccessible to our delivery partners. Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local regulations or carrier limitations.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Order Cancellations Want to cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible at info@lastpan.com. Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation if your order is already being processed or has shipped. We handle cancellation requests based on the time you contacted us, not the time of our response.

My Order Hasn't Shipped Yet During peak periods it may take a little longer for your order to ship. If your order has a tracking number but shows no movement, please allow the carrier up to 5 business days to update the system.

If you still haven't received tracking information after 5 business days, contact us at info@lastpan.com — we'll look into it for you.

Received the Wrong Item If you received the wrong product, contact us at info@lastpan.com with the following information: your order number, the product you ordered, the product you received, and photos of the item and packaging. After verification we will send the correct product at no charge. Please report a wrong item within 14 days of delivery.

Order Shows "Delivered" but Not Received It sometimes happens that carriers mark a package as delivered up to 2–3 days before it actually arrives, especially during busy periods. First check your email for delivery notifications, look around your property (porch, mailbox, side door) and ask neighbors or housemates if they accepted the package.

Partial Delivery Due to the size or nature of certain products, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If you've received part of your order, please allow a few extra days for the remaining package. If in doubt, contact us.

Incorrect Delivery Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at checkout. Last Pan is not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Discovered a mistake within 24 hours of placing your order? Contact us immediately so we can try to update the address.

Delayed or Lost Orders All orders are shipped with insurance. If your package has been lost or is stuck in transit, contact us — we will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue. In the case of a confirmed lost package, we will send a replacement.
