Refund policy

At Last Pan, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Below you'll find everything about returns, warranty, refunds, and more.

90-Day Return Policy

We offer a 90-day return window. This means you can request a return up to 90 days after receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, labels, and protective materials intact. Used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety reasons.

A restocking fee of $25 per order will be deducted from your refund.

To start a return, contact us at info@lastpan.com. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Please note: Last Pan does not currently provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations

We process and ship orders quickly. Cancellations or changes may therefore not always be possible once your order has been processed or shipped. To cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@lastpan.com. We handle cancellation requests based on the time you contacted us, not the time of our response.

Damaged or Wrong Item

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.

If approved, we will send a replacement free of charge with expedited shipping. Damage discovered after the standard return window? Contact us anyway — we're happy to see what we can do.

Exchanges

Want a different product? The quickest way is to return the current item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (such as food items). Custom or personalized products. Sale items and gift cards.

Warranty

Last Pan products are built to last a lifetime. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material flaws. The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser (or gift recipient) with proof of purchase and is non-transferable.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, overheating, neglect, or improper storage. Use of sharp or metal utensils on the surface. Failure to follow the included care instructions. Cosmetic changes from normal use (such as minor discoloration). Commercial or restaurant use.

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at info@lastpan.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. If approved, you will receive a replacement.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

For orders within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and proof of purchase.

Promotions & Discount Campaigns

Discount promotions are only valid during the active promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you agree to the price and terms at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount (minus any applicable restocking fee) will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.
